Returns and Exchange
We hope you will be happy with everything you buy from us. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way please follow the relevant procedure. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting when returning parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
If goods are found to be incorrect or you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of goods and If your items are Faulty/Damaged you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault . Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Please let us know whether you wish to have an exchange or refund. We can only accept items for exchange or refund if the goods are returned in their original packaging, unused, with their labels intact and all accessories in their original packaging.

For all returns, postage will be refunded only if the item is incorrect or faulty. In all other cases, postage is payable by the purchaser. A postage label will be emailed to you for all goods that were incorrect or faulty. We will resend damaged or faulty goods free of charge.
Refunds are always made to the card used in original purchase. We will refund your initial order excluding delivery upon receipt of returned goods. We will not dispatch replacement items until we have received the exchanged items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
